Return to Learn Guidelines

After sustaining a concussion, cognitive rest is important because activities that require concentration and attention may make your symptoms worse. This is why it is important to follow the Return to Learn Guidelines while getting back to school. The Return to Learn Guidelines should take place during step 2 of the Return to Play Guidelines as seen below:

The Return to Learn process is based on individual recovery. Once you reach Step 2 in the Return to Play Guidelines follow the 2 Steps below:
